Tiffany Bishop, Care Manager

Tiffany Bishop is a dedicated mental health professional who brings a genuine passion for  helping individuals recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and move toward meaningful  personal goals. She holds a Master of Arts in General Psychology from Fayetteville State  University and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree through American Public  University. Tiffany is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist and holds a CADC-R credential,  reflecting her continued commitment to supporting individuals within the mental health and  substance use communities. 

Throughout her professional journey, Tiffany has gained experience working with individuals  and families across behavioral health, peer support, care coordination, and community-based  settings. She believes some of the most meaningful work begins with simply meeting people  where they are, listening without judgment, and helping them recognize the possibilities ahead of  them. 

As a Tailored Care Manager with Greater Vision Counseling & Consulting Agency, Tiffany is  excited to join a team committed to serving the community and connecting individuals with the  care and resources they need. Helping others has always been at the heart of her work, and she considers it a pleasure to encourage, advocate for, and empower the individuals and families she  serves.
