Hello, my name is Rebecca Lyman and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters of Social Work. I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples. I have a wide variety of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, personality disorders and more. I strive to encourage others to find a place of peace, understanding and growth. I have a passion for encouraging others to reach beyond their situation to achieve the most potential that they are capable of in their own lives. Through my own experiences, I was able to find the resiliency and strength through many adversities in my own life. Because of these challenges, it has inspired me to help others in their lives as well. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Narrative

Therapy, and Psycho-Education to individuals. My theory is individuals who have the motivation to improve and courage to seek growth through vulnerability and hard work can accomplish all the goals they desire.
