Phyllis Shaw, MS, MSW, LCSWA serves as an Intensive In-Home (IIH) Team Lead and Outpatient Therapist at Greater Vision Counseling & Consulting, working with youth and families to promote emotional stability, strengthen coping skills, and support healthier relationships.
She brings over 20 years of experience serving children and families across North Carolina and Georgia, with a professional background in community-based services, care management, and behavioral health support. She also has prior experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), which enhances her integrated, whole-person approach to care.
