Melissa Sherpinskas, Receptionist/Medical Records/Marketing Manager

Melissa Sherpinskas is the Receptionist/Medical Records Coordinator for Greater Vision Counseling's Fayetteville office and also serves as the organization's Marketing Manager. In her dual role, she provides exceptional front office support, oversees the accuracy and confidentiality of medical records, and ensures a welcoming experience for clients while leading initiatives that increase community awareness, strengthen the organization's brand, and promote access to behavioral health services. 

Melissa develops and implements strategic marketing campaigns, manages the organization's digital platforms, and collaborates with clinical teams to ensure messaging reflects compassionate, client-centered care. With a strong background in administration, client relations, and marketing, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and data-driven approach to supporting both the daily operations and continued growth of Greater Vision Counseling.
