Raina Riddick is a seasoned mental health professional with over 20 years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities across a range of behavioral health settings. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) in 2021 and holds specialized certifications in Play Therapy and Substance Abuse Counseling. Her clinical and administrative work reflects a strong commitment to ethical practice, quality improvement, and person-centered care.
Raina began her professional journey with GVC in 2019 as a counseling intern and has since advanced into leadership roles through dedication, clinical expertise, and systems-level insight. She currently serves as the Quality Management Director and Supervisor of Tailored Care Management, where she oversees program compliance, quality assurance initiatives, staff supervision, and service delivery outcomes. In this role, she integrates clinical knowledge with quality management strategies to strengthen service effectiveness, support interdisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.
