"Welcome, my name is Kara and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate! I have my Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Sonoma State and my Master's in Social Work from Oklahoma University. I was born and raised in Southern California, now living in Hoke County. Being a military spouse has brought me from coast to coast. I work with all ages, aged four and up, assisting in treatment for a variety of issues.  

Outside of therapy, you can find me running, I competed collegiately and continue to participate in local long-distance races. I love all things outdoors, animals, and everything that comes with being a mom. I am compassionate about helping my clients work through life stressors, engaging in healthy coping skills, and providing a safe space for all of my clients. I look forward to working with you!"
