Hello, my name is Julia Locklear, I am an Administrative Assistant for the Raeford 1 location. I love to spend my free time with my husband and kids. I am currently attending Western Governors University to obtain my bachelor's in Elementry and Special Education through Licensure. I hope one day to be a teacher and further my education and experiences in this field of work.
