Hello, My name is Ivy Grooms Cook, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I was born and raised in McColl, SC. I graduated with both my Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I have a passion for helping others of all ages achieve their full potential. My goal is to allow clients to feel comfortable and safe while receiving services. 

I have worked at Greater Vision since August 2022. Before Greater Vision I completed an internship at an inpatient substance abuse facility that accompanied pregnant woman. During my graduate program I emphasized substance abuse and addiction. I found a passion of working with clients who are dually diagnosed.
