I am a Rochester, NY native and for the past 15 years, I have proudly embraced life as a military spouse, dedicating much of my time to supporting military families. Alongside this role, I am a parent to four wonderful children, which has further shaped my perspective on resilience, connection, and the importance of strong relationships.
In 2021, I followed my passion for helping others by pursuing graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy, earning my Master’s degree in 2024. In my clinical practice, I work with couples, families, teens, children, and adults who are navigating a wide range of challenges, particularly those related to relational stress and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from multiple modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client. I strongly believe in fostering self-agency, empowering clients to recognize their strengths, and guiding them toward meaningful solutions.
I also enjoy artfully using humor in my work, helping clients feel more comfortable, supported, and connected. Above all, it is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they face challenges, discover their inner resilience, and create positive change in their lives.
