Hello, I am Angela and I am honored to assist with your Tailored  Care Management needs.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology.  I have completed graduate coursework in Public Administration with a Concentration in Healthcare.  I'm also a Level 3 Administrator with NC DHHS. 

I have gained a lot of experience over the years which helps me in my position currently. I spent most of my years working as a school Director for children who have disabilities.  I have a background in residential substance abuse recovery, a shelter, , working with the IDD population and as a Registered Behavior Technician. I am from Cumberland County but most of my extended family reside in Hoke and surrounding counties.  It is an honor to serve this community and provide  support to you with assessments, individual service plans, promoting  healthy lifestyles, providing resources, referrals, linkages to services and education on programs and services. My goal is to help you find your path and assist you with getting to your destination.  I look forward to working with you.
