Hello! My name is Ivy Grooms Cook, I am a Licensed Clinical Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I was born and raised in McColl, SC. I graduated with both my Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work from UNC-Pembroke. I have a passion for helping others of all ages achieve their full potential. My goal is to allow clients to feel comfortable and safe while receiving services.

I have worked at Greater Vision since August 2022. Before Greater Vision, I completed an internship at an inpatient substance abuse facility that accompanied pregnant women. During my gradutate program, I emphasized substance abuse and addiction. I found a passion of working with clients who are dually diagnosed.
