Cassandra Ann Hartley, MSW, LCSWA

Hello, my name is Cassandra Ann Hartley; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I am currently working on my Doctorate of Social Work at Capella University. I graduated with my Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

I was born in Fayetteville, NC, and am a mother to three young children. I grew up in a military family and was the daughter of an immigrant, so I can understand what it means to come from different backgrounds and grow up within a military family.

I have been with Greater Vision since January 2020 through an internship and employment. My passion for working on mental health and substance use is rooted within this community. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults through individual therapy. I am safe zone trained and have worked with and supported transgender individuals and individuals going through the transition.

My time at Greater Vision has molded me into the licensed clinician I am today, and I enjoy being a part of the Greater Vision family.  A big part of what I want to ensure is that there is a therapeutic relationship and rapport; there are many therapists and offices at Greater Vision. If I am not the therapist for you, we will work with you to find the best fit.

As a therapist, we draw from a variety of theoretical approaches because not every individual is the same person, so that I may mesh together a variety of modalities, techniques, and theoretical practices. It will be my pleasure to offer you a person-centered approach specifically designed to address the needs of your life.

Thank you,

Cassandra Hartley, DSW Candidate, LCSW-A, LCAS-A
